We were rebuilding and selling our old house after 35 years of memories to move south to retire. It was a really difficult time in our lives pulling up roots. Tracey Roberts came as a gift to us because of not only of her professionalism, but of her warmth as a human being. It felt she became a part of the family. So many ups and downs and hurdles but unphased she smoothed the way to the end. We highly recommend this agent for all matters as you may have. Yes, this is a truthful statement, flat out honest. From the first phone call she was so attentive in what I was looking for, and so thorough in explaining the process. I wanted my own home, but my finances put me in a limited supply that I could afford. Tracy would send me listings that fit my budget everyday. On weekends we would go look. This went on for over a year. She never changed her attitude or her professional approach. I was VERY frustrated. She kept assuring me mine would come.Then my Mother died. Tracy was there! She would call me just to see how I was. Offering to cook me meals. My house shopping was put on hold. I had my Mothers home to deal with which was in South Jersey. Tracy said no problem I can help. She went into realtor mode. Comping the homes. Setting up the open house, and going over everything with me and my two brothers on conference calls in the evening/weekends. She went up and down the parkway countless times. Also helping us to get rid of stuff my Mother accumulated over all her years. Very helpful when your grieving and not sure what day it is. She took the extra time with me and my brothers through the process of selling my Mothers home. She was also present a my Mothers service. I knew she was more then my realtor she was a dear friend.After Mom passed and I got myself back together the home buying market changed drastically. She kept at it. She found one I fell in love with. I was sure I would get outbid again, but Mom must have been watching because I got it.Tracy worked with me on this for close to 2 years. To sell me one house. She didn’t make enough money for the time and gas spent looking. I think other realtors would have stopped answering my calls, or stopped sending listings.If you want a realtor who takes the extra step. Does her due diligence. Cares about her client.
